The Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge, through the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving, allocates 316 million euros to this line of aid, whose objective is to promote renewable energy installations for the production of thermal and electrical energy throughout Spain.
The aid is granted on a competitive basis. This means that the calls for proposals establish a maximum level of aid to be requested (in €/MW or €/kW) and the potential beneficiaries request an aid lower or equal to these values. The lower the aid, the more points they obtain, increasing their chances of obtaining that aid.
a) Types of electricity generation with renewable sources, which include, for example, photovoltaic, wind, biomass or renewable gas projects, highlighting innovation and development of renewable power linked to storage or hydrogen production and self-consumption applications.

In this context, we understand the process as follows; a sender sends a message, which is received by a receiver through the propagation of the message in a channel and a code shared between both actors.
The communicative act does not require a two-way exchange in which sender and receiver are in the same space and time, but what is important is that one of the agents addresses a message to the other.
