When the item you pre-ordered becomes available, your payment method will be billed and you will receive an e-mail message. If you have enabled automatic downloads, the item will automatically download to the device you used to purchase it.
If a billing issue prevents you from completing the purchase when your pre-order is launched, you will receive an email. In order to download the item, you must first update your billing information.
If you pre-order an album and some songs are released before the album, you may be charged for each song as they become available. You will be charged for the remaining price of the album when it is released.
How far in advance can a cake be made?
Orders placed after 12 noon Pacific Time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 12 noon Pacific Time will be shipped on Monday.
We do our best to get orders to you on time. If you select 2-day shipping or international shipping options, please note that the dates given to us by the carriers are only approximate dates. In exceptional cases, packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

To ensure secure delivery, most items require a signature on delivery. Visit the Shipping and Delivery Help page to see your options if you are unable to provide a signature.
Log in to Order Status online (opens in a new window) and click the View Orders button to view the items in your most recent orders. If an item has a status of “We have rebooked your order” or Processing items, you can edit them. Visit the View Order Status section of the Online Help mentioned above for more information on order status messages.

What you need to know about importing and exporting
We try to fulfill every order we receive, but on rare occasions, we may not be able to do so. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible by email and always include the reason for the cancellation. We also activate the refund at the same time we send the email update.
You can cancel any order free of charge, without having to give any explanations. However, as we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, the time frame in which we can cancel orders is very short. Therefore, we invite you to contact us via LIVE CHAT as soon as possible.
After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. There you will find all the important information also included in the invoice, so you can use the email as a receipt of your order. This will include information about the items shipped, the price paid, billing and shipping address.
