What is a legal restriction
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRE THAT DISPUTES BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS IN BINDING ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT. IN ARBITRATION, NO JUDGE OR JURY PRESIDES, AND THERE IS LESS DISCOVERY AND LESS APPELLATE REVIEW THAN IN COURT.
